Welcome to Onyx Auto Detailing. By booking a service, using our website, or purchasing any services from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Onyx Auto Detailing provides automotive detailing services including interior cleaning, exterior washing, paint enhancement, premium detailing, and related vehicle care services. All services are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe conditions, excessive contamination, biohazards, or conditions beyond normal detailing scope.

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, text, or other approved methods.

We request that customers arrive on time or be available at the scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may reduce service time or require rescheduling.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

Prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on:

• Vehicle size
• Vehicle condition
• Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odors, or mold
• Add-on services requested
• Location or travel distance

Final pricing may be confirmed upon inspection.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may accept cash, card, or other approved payment methods. Returned payments or chargebacks may result in additional fees.

We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment or repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.

Customers agree to:

• Remove personal valuables before service
• Provide safe access to the vehicle
• Disclose known issues or damage beforehand
• Ensure water/electrical access if required for mobile service

We are not responsible for lost items left inside the vehicle.

We are not liable for pre-existing scratches, dents, faded paint, loose trim, damaged electronics, worn upholstery, or other existing vehicle conditions.

Some stains, odors, scratches, and defects may be permanent and cannot be fully removed.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we may review and attempt to resolve the concern.

Refunds are not guaranteed after services have been fully performed.

For mobile appointments, weather conditions may affect scheduling. We reserve the right to delay or reschedule services due to rain, high winds, unsafe temperatures, or similar conditions.

All website content including logos, text, pricing, photos, and branding belongs to Onyx Auto Detailing and may not be copied or used without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onyx Auto Detailing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
